The completed application forms will be reviewed by the EW Group panel to create a longlist by scoring answers against the role competencies. Each panel member will do this separately, before the results are compared. The panel will be representative of difference. At this point we will be looking at application forms which will have names, dates and academic institutions blanked out. Our commitment is that everyone who meets the minimum of 70% of the profile will be invited to a telephone interview.
